Due diligence reviews – conduct fuel and feedstock due diligence reviews for projects throughout the world.
Project fatal flaw analysis – provide fatal flaw analysis for projects, quickly identifying high risk issues that could prevent the project from going forward.
Project site evaluation conduct initial site evaluations for suitability for project siting, identifying existing infrastructure, infrastructure needs, and indentify permitting risks and suggested mitigations.
Project permitting – provide support on fuel and ash related permitting issues.
Fuel infrastructure development – identify potential fuel suppliers and have assisted in their development through processing equipment selection and management to become a successful part of a developing or existing project.
Fuel contract development and negotiation – develop fuel and feedstock procurement contracts specific to the fuel or feedstock type and the end use as well as have negotiated contracts with fuel suppliers on behalf of the power plant or ethanol plant owner.
Fuel procurement monitoring – Monitor fuel procurement programs for biomass power plants and provide fuel contract management.
